Team news for Wednesday's League Two clash between York City and Morecambe at Bootham Crescent.

York boss Nigel Worthington is expected to make several changes for the home game against Morecambe. Worthington has no new injury or suspension problems, but the Minstermen, without a win since the end of October, turned in a disappointing first-half display in Sunday's defeat at Bury. New signing Shaquille McDonald will not be eligible until the visit of Dagenham & Redbridge on January 4, but striker Michael Coulson scored at Bury after stepping off the bench again and is pushing for a start. Goalkeeper Michael Ingham is hoping to prove his fitness in time after being sidelined with a hip injury since mid-November. Morecambe boss Jim Bentley must decided whether Jack Sampson warrants a recall to his starting XI at York. The forward missed out against Fleetwood because of knee swelling but came off the bench to score against Hartlepool on Sunday, with Bentley now contemplating if he includes Padraig Amond, Jack Redshaw and Kevin Ellison in his line-up. The Shrimps were unchanged last time out but the manner of the defeat to Pools, which came courtesy of a late winner, could force Bentley's hand. Midfielder Andy Wright has a groin strain so is unlikely to feature while Ryan Williams, struggling with a hamstring injury recently, was absent from the squad on Sunday.
