GAA: Kerry and Mayo meet in All-Ireland SFC semi-final replay at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds
Last Updated: 30/08/14 4:23pm
Kerry and Mayo have named unchanged teams for Saturday’s All-Ireland semi-final replay at the Gaelic Grounds.
Lee Keegan starts for the Connacht champions after successfully winning his appeal against the red card he received in last Sunday’s dramatic 1-16 to 1-16 draw.
The two-time All Star is selected at wing-back, with Jason Gibbons continuing to partner Seamus O’Shea in midfield.
There is no place for captain Andy Moran, who scored two points when introduced during the second half of last weekend’s encounter. Alan Freeman retains the No 14 shirt, with the influential Cillian O’Connor and Alan Dillon partnering him in the full-forward line.
Meanwhile, Kerry have named an unchanged team for the trip to Limerick. Stephen O’Brien, who was replaced after 20 minutes of the drawn match because of a quad muscle injury, has apparently recovered despite fears that he would miss out.

Darran O’Sullivan is also named on the bench, having withdrawn on the day last week because of a hamstring injury.
Declan O’Sullivan, who replaced O’Brien, reverts to the bench as does Kieran Donaghy, who made a major impact on the drawn match by earning a free for one point and setting up the crucial late goal for James O’Donoghue.
Saturday’s game will be the third time the counties have met in a championship replay, having drawn the 1939 and 1951 All-Ireland semi-finals. Kerry won the 1939 replay by 3-8 to 1-4 while Mayo emerged victorious in 1951 by 2-4 to 1-5.
Kerry: B Kelly; M O’Se, A O’Mahony, S Enright; P Murphy, P Crowley, F Fitzgerald; A Maher, D Moran; M Geaney, J Buckley, D Walsh; S O’Brien, P Geaney, J O’Donoghue.
