Tony Finau returns as defending champion at the Texas Children's Houston Open, where US Open champion Wyndham Clark features and world No 1 Scottie Scheffler makes his first start since his dominant win at The Players.

Scheffler is chasing a third consecutive PGA Tour title, having also won the Arnold Palmer Invitational earlier this month, while this week's event is the last chance for players to break into the world's top 50 in time to earn an invite to The Masters.

The LPGA Tour has a new event on its schedule with the Ford Championship in Arizona, offering a stacked field containing two-time major champion Lilia Vu and Solheim Cup stars Celine Boutier, Charley Hull and Leona Maguire.

Highlights from the final round of the 151st Open Championship as Brian Harman claimed the Claret Jug

Brian Harman claimed victory at The Open, following on from Jon Rahm's success at The Masters, Brooks Koepka adding to his PGA Championship tally and Wyndham Clark claiming a maiden major win at the US Open.

Four of the five women's majors produced maiden champions, with Lilia Vu victorious at the Chevron Championship, Ruoning Yin securing the KPMG Women's PGA Championship and Allisen Corpuz the US Women's Open.
