In some ways i wonder if Tiger's absence is having the opposiste effect that most people seem to think it would have on the players. Could it be they are feeling more pressure?? With Tiger probably returning for the first major of next season the pressure is on them to win now or they might not get another chance........ even when injured Tiger has these guys whipped mentally. I hope Garcia gets the monkey off his back then he might actually challenge tiger........... big easy i think could make a return to form too and Adam scott should win one soon surely!

Would love to see Lee Westwood win the PGA he needs to grab his chance of winning a major-someone of his ability should be a multiple major winner! I'm really suprised at his lack of victories this season he is usually such a good closer out of tournaments. Come on Lee lets see you win a major!! Watch out for Phil though, I think he is the man to beat this week.

I could not agree more, lee Westwood on current form has to be the most consistant player in world golf, and this week has to be his best chance of winning that elusive major he would love and thoroughly deserve. Also what a great world championship for Darren Clarke and Paul Casey could this be the start of a run of form for them both, if so what a great time to find your form, looking very promising for the ryder cup, all our big players peaking at the right time, Too late for Monty though i feel!! even he has to accept he is just not playing at the standard required for such a huge event.
