Where does Dustin Johnson's win at Riviera rank among his 13 PGA Tour titles? We look at five of his best victories

Dustin Johnson outclassed a stellar field in the Genesis Open at historic Riviera as he cruised to a five-shot win, but where did it rank among his 13 PGA Tour titles?

Johnson's impressive march to victory in California was hugely significant as he ended Jason Day's 47-week reign as world No 1, and the 32-year-old has now notched at least one win every year since his rookie season in 2008.

He finally made his major breakthrough in some style at last year's US Open, and Johnson also has three World Golf Championship titles in his locker, proving he is adept at beating the strongest fields on his day.

Here, we take a look back at five of his biggest wins starting with his memorable performance at Oakmont last June when he played half his final round not knowing if he would incur a penalty shot after his ball moved on the fifth green fractionally before he had addressed it.

Johnson made sure the penalty would be irrelevant as he split the final fairway with a monster drive before launching a near-perfect seven-iron to a couple of feet and rolling in the putt for birdie - a fitting way to clinch his first major.

He held his nerve on a tense final day at Doral to overcome JB Holmes by a single shot at the 2015 WGC-Cadillac Championship, and he followed his US Open win with a remarkable weekend at Firestone the following month, when he fired a pair of 66s to edge out Scott Piercy at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.

Johnson was a birdie machine as he picked up his third win of a huge 2016 campaign at the BMW Championship, posting a winning score of 23 under par to upstage another world-class field by three strokes.

And he was again in a class of his own at Riviera last week, where rounds of 66, 66 and 64 turned the final 18 holes into a procession which made him officially the top-ranked player on the planet.
