The inaugural Rolex Series on the European Tour has produced five world-class champions so far. Here's the story of the first five events...

Ahead of the sixth event in the inaugural Rolex Series on the European Tour, we take a look at the story so far.

The eight-tournament series began back in May with the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, where Alex Noren fired a record-breaking final-round 62 to claim a memorable two-shot victory and the ninth title of his career.

The Rolex Series dominated the July schedule, with Race to Dubai leader Tommy Fleetwood continuing his stunning season as he ran out an impressive winner at the Open de France.

Jon Rahm then left another world-class field trailing in his wake as he stormed to a handsome six-shot win at the Irish Open, and Rafa Cabrera Bello held his nerve a week later at the Scottish Open to pip Callum Shinkwin to the title after a tense play-off.

Tyrrell Hatton made it five different Rolex Series champions in as many events with a remarkable final-day charge through the field at the Italian Open last month, holing a 20-foot birdie putt at the last to edge out Ross Fisher.

The series continues this week with the Turkish Airlines Open featuring a star-studded line-up in Antalya and, after next week's Nedbank Challenge, the Race to Dubai and the Rolex Series both conclude at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai.
