The 55-year-old German, who tied for 25th place in the Masters at Augusta, closed with a five-under 67 at TPC Sugarloaf to finish on 10-under 206 for the tournament.
The win gave Langer his fifth top-three finish in six events on the Champions Tour this season.
"I've had very good starts before but this is exceptional so far," Langer said. "I don't think I've ever had anything like this.
"It's just gratifying to see all the hard work pay off because sometimes you work hard and it doesn't pay off. Lately it's been the more practice the better I get."
Tom Lehman, whose 67 included birdies on 17 and 18, tied for second place on seven-under with fellow American Tom Pernice Jr.
Mexican Esteban Toledo and Roger Chapman of England played in the final group with Langer but both dropped out of contention with rounds of 75.
