Andrew 'Beef' Johnston has had a 2016 to remember, becoming a fans' favourite and celebrating the most successful year of his career so far.
The Englishman started the year outside of the world's top 200 but has ended the campaign as one of the most popular and well-recognised faces in British golf.
Johnston made a strong start to 2016 with a tied-fourth finish at the Qatar Masters, before registering the biggest scalp of his career so far by claiming a one-shot win at the Open de Espana - his maiden European Tour title.
His victory prompted big celebrations at his home golf club in North Middlesex, where Johnston admitted to showing off some dodgy dance moves.
Beef replicated some of those questionable dance techniques to his favourite hip-hop tracks with Radar ahead of the BMW PGA Championship, where Johnston ended the week in a share of seventh.
Johnston's appeal went global with an impressive display at the US Open, with the Englishman getting a surge of media interest heading in to the second half of the season.
From behind the scenes tours of his London pad to film shoots firing beef burgers off tees, Johnston quickly adjusted and coped with his time in the media spotlight.
On the course, a top-10 finish at The Open saw Johnston break to the world's top 100 for the first time, before ending third place at the Omega European Masters saw climb to a career-high in the world rankings.
After taking fourth spot at the Web.com Tour's Albertsons Boise Open and securing his PGA Tour card for 2017, Johnston returned to the UK to feature in the British Masters supported by Sky Sports.
Johnston slipped out of contention over the weekend at The Grove, where he also struggled to show off his chipping talents and duffed a couple during a live masterclass!
