Madeira Islands Open: Daniel Brooks beats Scott Henry at first extra hole of play-off
Daniel Brooks won the Madeira Islands Open, an event overshadowed by the death of caddie Iain McGregor.

McGregor, who was on Alastair Forsyth's bag, suffered a suspected heart attack on the ninth hole at Santo da Serra, a steeply undulating course more than 2,000 feet above sea level.
An indefinite suspension of play was initially announced, but the decision was eventually taken to resume play at 6pm after consultation with players and caddies.
In a tournament already reduced to just 36 holes by poor weather, Brooks set the clubhouse target at nine-under-par with a five-under 67 on Sunday, the equal low round of the day.
Scotland's Scott Henry birdied his final three holes in a 68 that allowed him to match Englishman Brooks.
But Henry three-putted the first extra hole - the par-four 18th - allowing Brooks to take the title with a par.
Paraguay's Fabrizio Zanotti (68), Frenchman Julien Guerrier (69), and Spaniards Antonio Hortal (69) and Jordi Garcia Pinto (69) shared third place at six-under par.
