Ross Fisher can scarcely believe he is playing in the Masters, and says he has already been blown away by the crowds during the practice rounds at Augusta.
Englishman Fisher will make his Masters debut this week, and already the experience has been living up to his expectations.
The world number 33 has been blown away by the atmosphere around Augusta, and in particular the crowds that have packed the course even for practice rounds.
28-year-old Fisher has dreamt of playing in the Masters since childhood, and is now delighted his dream will become a reality this week.
Fisher will tee it up early on Thursday as he goes out in the fourth group of the day, and he will be as happy as anyone to be striding down the first.
"You watch it as a kid growing up and you see those professionals hitting those great golf shots and you see the great course and the condition of it and you just want to be there," said Fisher.
"To be here for me is just really, really special. To see all the people out just for a practice day, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, is just ridiculous.
"I've never seen so many people in my life, it's just really great that the crowds have come out to watch us even just on a practice round."
