The Willie Mullins-trained seven-year-old, owned by Rich and Susannah Ricci, looked an exciting prospect having won his two starts over hurdles in progressive fashion.
He held entries in the three novice hurdles at the Cheltenham Festival.
Mullins said: "Clondaw Court picked up a little injury during the week and came in lame on Saturday.
"We found he had a stress fracture so we'll put him away for the season now."
