Impressive Royal Ascot winner Arab Spring could tackle the Group Two Princess of Wales's boylesports.com Stakes at Newmarket's July Festival.
Trained by Sir Michael Stoute, the four-year-old defied top-weight to record an impressive sucess in the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes to give ballast to the opinion that he was a group horse running in a handicap.
The veteran Newmarket handler has won the race on no fewer than nine occasions, most recently with Fiorente in 2012, and his son of Monsun is one of two possible runners for the yard in this year's renewal.
He could be joined by Hardwicke Stakes second Hillstar who sidestepped an engagement in this weekend's Coral-Eclipse at Sandown.
Two of the 12 strong entry are in action this Saturday with Sultanina and Seal Of Approval set to line-up in the Lancashire Oaks at Haydock Park.
The former is trained by John Gosden who has also handed entries to Gatewood and Camborne.
The entries are completed by Godolphin pair Excellent Result and Cavalryman, Dandino, Pether's Moon, Seismos and the Aidan O'Brien-trained Festive Cheer.
