Rask continues to hog the limelight although he has competition for the series Most Valuable Player award after Dan Paille found the net again in a 2-0 win.
The left winger has gone from bit-part player to centre stage in this series and after hitting the overtime winner in Game Two he opened the scoring for the Bruins on Monday night.
After a goalless first period, Paille beat Blackhawks' Dave Bolland to a loose puck before turning and firing past Corey Crawford at 2:13 of the second.
Patrice Bergeron doubled their lead on the powerplay with 5:55 to play in the period, Jaromir Jagr credited with the assist for a superb pass threaded through the Chicago crease.
While Rask finished the game with 28 saves, the Blackhawks' inability to create any real offence will be of most concern to Chicago fans heading into Game Four.
