David Miller made a composed 34 not out to guide Kings XI Punjab to a five wicket victory over Delhi Daredevils with three overs to spare in the IPL.
The South African posted just three boundaries in his 39-ball knock as Punjab reached their target of 121 with ease.
The Daredevils had been shackled by Indian seamer Harmeet Singh (3-24) while David Hussey allowed just 14 runs from his four overs as they made 120-7.
David Warner made 40 from 36 balls but the Australian was unable to break loose and was bowled by Praveen Kumar as he looked to plunder the last couple of overs.
Although Punjab lost Adam Gilchrist fourth ball Mandeep Singh struck five boundaries before he was run out in the fifth over, helping set the tone for the chase.
Indeed, by the time Miller and Hussey came together with the score on 70 the hard work had been done.
The pair added 40 in 39 balls for the fifth wicket to take their side within sight of victory.
