The opening game of the one-day international series between England and India in Bristol was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to rain.
Overnight downpours continued throughout the morning and, with standing water collecting on the outfield, the umpires made the decision to call things off at 1.30pm, three hours after the scheduled start.
