Narine comes back into the attack, Taylor takes a single from the first ball. Ronchi pushes it into the off side for a single, good batting from this pair. WICKET! Taylor sweeps and hits it in the air, and is caught at deep square leg. There was no need for this shot, Walton takes a good running catch. Neesham is the new man in.

A couple of runs to start the over, Holder comes back into the attack. A couple of singles from the next two balls and then Holder bowls a wide. A couple more to Ronchi, and then he hits Holder straight down the ground for four. Ronchi drives it through midwicket for four. Ronchi gets his 50 and New Zealand 145 for 5.

Ronchi starts the over with two runs, and then four more, slog sweeps it for four. Good knock from Ronchi. New Zealand 130 for 5.

Taylor takes a single on the off side. A wide from Bravo to Ronchi, Ronchi hits it down the ground for a couple of runs, Russell does well to keep it to two. Six, Ronchi hits it over midwicket for a six. Four more, expensive over from Bravo, Ronchi hits it to fine leg for four.

Miller starts his third over. A couple of singles from the first two balls. Ronchi rocks back on to his back foot and hits it over midwicket for a six, much needed boundary. A single to Ronchi brings Taylor on strike, he runs it down to long off for a single. A couple of runs to end the over, New Zealand need 54 from 36 balls.

Russell into his third over, a full toss on leg stump, Ronchi takes a single to deep square leg. Taylor drives through the off side for four, good cover drive from a yorker. Taylor hoicks it away for a single on the leg side. Ronchi swings and misses. Ronchi drives it through cover for a couple of runs.

Miller back into the attack, starts his second over. Taylor takes a couple of runs on the leg side, good running between the wickets. Taylor hits it to the bowler who misfields to give a single to Taylor. Ronchi sweeps it for a single on the leg side.

Russell into his second over. Taylor hits it to Russell who makes a good stop, a single in the end. WICKET! Anderson chips it straight to cover, another wicket for Russell and West Indies, it was the slower ball. Charles takes an easy catch. Luke Ronchi is the new batsman. Ronchi hits the first ball straight to the bowler, Russell drops it, Bravo at mid off has a go at the stumps, Ronchi safe in the end. Taylor takes a single to long on, New Zealand need 79 more.

Narine back into the attack, Bravo looking to take a wicket or two here, a slip in place. Taylor angles it into the leg side for a single. Anderson pulls Narine to long on for a single. Taylor pushes it into the leg side for a single. Tidy over from Narine, New Zealand 78 for 4.

Andre Russell comes into the attack, WICKET! Short and wide, Munro hits it to Miller at point, not a great ball but Munro goes for 5, New Zealand 69 for 4. Anderson walks out to bat, a couple of dots and then a good bouncer from Russell. Anderson hits a four of the last ball, New Zealand 73 for 4 after 9.

A single to Munro on the leg side, Nikita Miller starts his first over. Three singles from the first three balls. Taylor drives the ball through cover for four, good shot against the spinner. Taylor then cuts it through point for a couple of runs, 10 runs from the over.
Over 7 - NZ 59/3 (Taylor 14, Munro 3)
Bravo starts his second over, a wide down the leg side. A single to Taylor, Munro takes a single to mid on. A shout for lbw, the umpire not interested, there was an inside edge on it so Taylor gets two runs. A single to end the over, West Indies 60 for 3 after 7 overs.

Narine comes into the attack, WICKET! McCullum caught in front of the stumps, umpire gives it out lbw, easy decision for the umpire. Munro is the new batsman, gets off the mark with a single on the off side. Taylor pushes it into the leg side for a couple of runs. A single to end the over, New Zealand 53 for 3.
Over 5 - NZ 49/2 (Taylor 7, B McCullum 17)
Bravo comes into the attack, first change for the West Indies. McCullum pulls it through midwicket for four, it was in the air but away from the fielder. An inside edge from McCullum on the leg side for a single. Taylor looks for a single, no single there, McCullum sends him back and the fielder misses the stumps, it would have been out. 7 runs from the over, New Zealand need 111 more to win.

Best starts his 2nd over, Taylor pulls it to mid on for a single. A single to McCullum and then Taylor walks across his stumps and hits it for four to fine leg, six runs from the over. New Zealand 42 for 2 after 4 overs.

McCullum pulls it to fine leg for four, not a great shot, but still finds the boundary. McCullum hits it straight down the ground for four, better shot from him this time. A full toss, McCullum drills it to point and another catch dropped by the West Indies. West Indies have dropped McCullum once and Ryder twice now. WICKET! Ryder hits it over point and Simmons takes a great catch, running from third man to deep backward point. New Zealand 36 for 2. Taylor is the new man in, good start for New Zealand.
Over 2 - NZ 25/1 (Ryder 23, B McCullum 0)
Tino Best starts from the other end. Brendon McCullum comes out to bat. A wide outside off from Best, Ryder leaves it alone. A swing and a miss outside off from Ryder. Ryder drives it through cover, powerful drive and Charles put in the effort but can't hold on to a difficult catch, Ryder survives again. Just outside off, Ryder inside edges it for four, not a convincing shot, but four runs in the end. Ryder ends the over for another boundary to third man, away from the fielder for four. Ryder pulls it for a six over deep square leg.

A single from Guptill, Holder starts the first over for West Indies. Ryder flicks it for a six over deep square leg, strong shot. A quick single, Charles drops Ryder at cover. A couple of dots, after a lot of action from this over. WICKET! The action continues, Guptill edges the last ball to the keeper, no need for that shot. Holder celebrates, the Kiwis 8 for 1.

West Indies post 159 for 5 after 20 overs, good contributions from Ramdin and Fletcher. New Zealand bowled well, and will have to bat well to chase down this par score.

Last over of the innings, Ramdin almost gets the boundary, Anderson does really well to save a few runs, good work on the ropes. A wide outside off from Neesham. Russell slogs it for a single to deep square leg. Ramdin drives the yorker for a single, good over so far in spite of the wide. Two runs to end the innings, West Indies are 159 for 5 after 20 overs.

Anderson starts the 19th over, Russell drills this down the ground to long off for a single. Ramdin takes a single to bring up his 50, a much needed innings for West Indies. Russell takes a quick drop and run, Ramdin back on strike. A wide called, Anderson bowls a good bouncer but it is too high for Ramdin. McCullum has a chat with Anderson about the field, deep midwicket goes out on the ropes and fine leg comes inside the circle. A single to Ramdin, Russell powers it to the deep square leg boundary to bring up the 150 for West Indies.

Neesham comes back into the attack and Ramdin starts the over with a six, hit over midwicket and out of the park. A fuller ball from Neesham, Ramdin wants two but only manages one. Fletcher hits it to midwicket for a couple of runs. Fletcher comes down the wicket hits it through cover, WICKET! a mix up and Fletcher is run out. Good partnership comes to an end. Russell takes a single, Ramdin ends the over with a bottom edge four to fine leg.

Nathan McCullum starts his last over. Ramdin skies it to long on for a couple of runs. A couple of singles, Fletcher hits it back to McCullum who tries to hits the stumps at the non-striker's end, but misses. Good bowling from Nathan, four overs, 17 runs for a wicket.

Fletcher cuts it for four, good shot against Anderson, who is into his second over now. Four more, Fletcher edges it past the keeper for four, useful runs for West Indies. A quick single brings Ramdin on strike. 10 from the over, West Indies 86 for 4.

Nathan McCullum starts his third over. Ramdin drives it to long on for a single. Fletcher pushes it past square leg for a single. Four from the over, West Indies 76 for 4.

Milne comes back into the attack to bowl to the new batsman, the trick works WICKET! Milne produces the edge and Walton edges it to the keeper. West Indies lose their 4th wicket. Ramdin is the new man, joins Fletcher at the crease. Ramdin edges it over the slips for four, using the pace of the bowler to get a easy boundary. Good over from Milne.

Nathan McCullum comes into the attack to stop the run flow, Bravo takes a single to start the the over and get off the mark. A couple more singles from the over, West Indies bring up the 50. West Indies 53 for 2.

Fletcher hits it over mid off for four, did not hit it well but managed to clear mid off. Good shot from Fletcher, he drives it straight back and hits the non-striker's stumps. Fletcher hits a six, big over for West Indies.

McClenaghan stray down the leg side and Simmons glances it away for four to fine leg. Simmons makes room for himself and hits it straight down the ground and out of the park, over the sight screen for a six. WICKET! Poor batting from Simmons, he was trying to ramp it over the slips for four, but top edges it for a simple catch to point, poor batting from Simmons. Bravo, the captain, comes out to bat. A big shout for lbw but the umpire is not interested in it.

Neesham comes into the attack and Simmons drives the first ball to cover for four, good shot to start. Simmons takes a single to bring Fletcher on strike.
Over 4 WI 22/1 (Simmons 14)
Charles top edge it over the keeper towards fine leg for a single, Ronchi chases it but can't take the catch. Simmons edges it past Taylor at second slip for four to third man, Simmons then pulls it away to deep square leg and Guptill keeps it down to a single. WICKET! Charles pulls it to Guptill who takes another brilliant catch at deep square leg. West Indies lose their first wicket, 22 for 1 after 4 overs.

Simmons gets off the mark with a boundary straight down the ground, drives it past the bowler for four, good shot. McClenaghan loses his line and Simmons flicks it away for four to fine leg. Another drive down the ground, Brendon McCullum stops it at mid off for a single. Charles hits it over point for a single to third man, Good over for West Indies, 16 for no loss.

Adam Milne starts from the other end, he is genuinely quick. A couple of dots and then Charles cuts it behind point for four, width on offer from Milne. Just the boundary from the over, West Indies 6 for no loss.

McClenaghan starts with the ball, Simmons pads it for a single, West Indies start with a leg bye. A single to Charles who pushes the ball to midwicket. A full ball that is slower, McClenaghan bowls a good one that surprises Simmons. Two runs from the first over.
