Half-centuries from Riki Wessels and David Hussey set up Nottinghamshire Outlaws' third straight victory in the Friends Life t20, a 28-run success over Warwickshire Bears at Edgbaston.
Having opted to bat first, opening batsman Wessels slammed 70 off 40 balls - including seven fours and four sixes - to lay the platform for a big total.
Hussey, who skippers the Outlaws in the short format, weighed in with 56 off 31 deliveries before the visitors closed on 193-7.
And, despite the best efforts of Darren Maddy, Warwickshire were all out for 165 from the final delivery of their reply.
Nottinghamshire's new ball pair Darren Pattinson and Luke Fletcher shared nine wickets, with the other dismissal coming via a run out.
Pattinson led the way with 5-25 and Fletcher, returning after a two-week club suspension, bagged 4-30.
The final six Warwickshire wickets went down in the space of 18 deliveries, a collapse sparked by Maddy's departure after a 36-ball 61, caught by Hussey off Pattinson.
