The world's leading riders are in the Netherlands this week for the year's first round of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, live on Sky Sports Arena from 2.30pm on Sunday.
The legendary venue of Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch in the south of the country will host the inaugural Dutch Masters from March 8-11 and the world's leading riders will be in action on Sunday, hoping to kickstart their Grand Slam campaign.
The impressive line up includes two former Olympic individual champions, while British hopes rest with Scott Brash (the only rider to win the Grand Slam) and Michael Whitaker.
Other favourites include local hero and in-form rider Harrie Smolders, while twice runner-up Luciana Diniz from Portugal is looking to become the first lady rider to win in a Rolex Grand Slam event. Also in the hunt is Switzerland's Steve Guerdat, who has won twice in his home country and is the only rider to have competed in all 15 Grand Slam events so far.
Unfortunately, world No 1 and winner of the last event in Geneva, Kent Farrington, will not compete on Sunday due to injury - the American broke his leg in a fall last month.
The Dutch Masters is a new event for 2018 and joins Aachen, Spruce Meadows and Geneva on the calendar to offer the riders an additional chance to win the coveted Grand Slam and bonus prize money, which offers 1m euros for three wins in a row and 2m euros for four consecutive victories.
Every Round on Sunday 11 March is live on Sky Sports Arena from 2.30pm, with highlights on Sky Sports Action at 6pm on Monday.
