Our studio guest is dancer Kimberly Wyatt who sold 15 million albums and 40 million singles worldwide with the Pussycat Dolls.

Kimberly - who began dancing at the age of seven - is a Youth Sport Trust ambassador and will tell us about the work she is doing with young people through dance for National School Sports Week. As well as being a mum, Kimberly will chat about women's fitness, health and wellbeing.

Also on the programme - we meet synchronised swimmers Olivia Federici and Katie Clark. The pair had retired from the sport after the World Championships in 2013 but returned late last year and will now be Team GB's only representatives in the sport at Rio 2016.

We're on board with Maggie Alphonsi who tries sailing for the first time with GB sailor Annie Lush on hand to show her the ropes in the Solent.

Last week we bought you details of the ten England netballers who have signed full-time contracts for the first time.

But with 12 contracts still to be signed, we assess the challenges that come with being the first generation of women to go full-time in the sport.
