Seaton was a guest on Sportswomen on Sky Sports News and looked ahead to Saturday's Grand Final between her former club and Manchester Thunder.
"I think it's been one of the best Superleague seasons that we've actually seen," Seaton said. "We've seen the emergence of new teams like Team Northumbria - they have really been competitive this season.
"It's been a fantastic season and all the top teams have shown they haven't just got there by being dominant throughout the season, there have been ups and downs but they have worked their way to get to that final four.
"I think consistency has been the key word this season and Surrey Storm have been consistent. They have consistently fought every match they have not lost anything and only had two draws. They have stuck to the game plan.
"Tamsin Greenway really talks about the strategies and the team trust in her and what she is asking them to do. You really see that on court, they really do trust her in their attacking unit, what they are trying to aim to do and defensively they really work well as a unit.
"It's not just the four players that are in the defensive unit, it's the whole court they all have a job to do and they've been doing it consistently. They have been for me the stand out team of the season."
Seaton also picked her players of the season - Surrey's Rachel Dunn, Herfordshire's Layla Guscoth and Helen Housby of Manchester Thunder.
"It's hard not to mention Rachel Dunn - she has been phenomenal this season. She has scored a tremendous amount of goals - she can shoot from anywhere she can take the ball going towards and going away. I think the pairing with and Tamsin Greenway has been very successful for Surrey Storm this season.
"Layla Guscoth has come of age this season - defensively she has been fantastic she has played against the best players in the league and she has got the ball off them. I think what's really good about Layla is that she has individual moments of brilliance but also she works really well with her team mates. She is able to see the ball and go for interceptions.
"Helen Housby is a player to watch - she has really shone in pressurised situations. She is another one of those shooters who is completely unfazed by the situation or event. She is playing against very experienced defensive players and goes on without any fear. she just takes the ball and shoots it like she is meant to be there and she owns the court and it's been fantastic to watch."
You can watch Sportswomen tonight on Sky Sports 2HD at 6pm - the Netball Superleague Grand Final is on Sky Sports 3HD at 5.30pm on Saturday.
