Head coach Jay Gruden gave a quick catching tutorial to the Washington Redskins as they played the Carolina Panthers.
A misplaced pass from Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins flew wide of his team-mates, giving Gruden the chance to display his receiving skills with a nonchalant one-handed catch.
Unfortunately, the Washington players lacked similar composure on the pitch as they suffered a 44-16 thrashing to the Panthers.
