I am sure Catalans coach Mick Potter has given Gregory Mounis a real talking too. Why Mounis had to do something as stupid as that was beyond me and his one-match ban for using his elbow in Catalans 46-8 rout of Warrington could cost his side dearly.
This is the business end of the season and the worst possible time for stupid acts. Mounis always puts himself about and Catalans will certainly miss his industry against Wigan.
Apart from Mounis, I think Potter will be pretty happy with his side and I believe they have a huge advantage being at home. These players are full of confidence and in Thomas Bosc they have one of the Stars of the Super League. He has been outstanding for them; he is a great creator and reads the game ever so well.
Bosc: Catalans maestro
Wigan have to come up with something special and I think the man to deliver that 'something special' will be Trent Barrett. While all the critics have been having a go at him, saying he has lost his edge, his speed and his concentration, Barrett himself has quietly gone on with his game and I believe he is peaking at the right time. When Wigan really need him, he is starting to show his true class.

He can produce something different and has a great step off both feet. He will have to be in top form as will the whole of the Wigan side as I was very impressed with the way Catalans obliterated Wolves.
Once again the forwards are going to have to do the hard yards. The Dragons forwards were superb last weekend showing their power and strength.
The Warrington defence last weekend was poor and Catalans will have a tougher task of breaking down the Wigan defence, but they are capable of doing it from any part of the field.
Wigan do enjoy playing down at Catalans and have a good record there, it is not going to be as warm as people think and the conditions could certainly play a part. Against Warrington it was quite windy but Catalans used the wind very well.
Wigan will be looking to create a bit of space and hopefully give Barrett the ball he needs to make the home side pay. It is going to be hard though, very hard.

I think this is going to be very tough and who will handle the pressure? Catalans have done exceptionally well this season, but they cannot start dreaming of the Grand Final just yet. It is going to be very close, but I think the French, may just sneak it. Oh la la.
