SoccerAM Office Blog:

Let the games begin!

The promised land of games!

SoccerAM Office Blog Posted 21st October 2011 view comments

OK, so we know what you're thinking: 'What's this... a second office blog in the space of a week!? This is a turn up for the books!'

And you're right, this is against everything we stand for. We're normally far too lazy to pen intimate details about ourselves and the goings-ons inside the office once, let alone twice in the space of four days!

But quite simply we have news which we just couldn't wait to share with you... we've made it to the promised land - Football Manager 2012!

That's right, the game which we've spent hours, days, weeks, even months playing has for reasons unbeknown to ourselves decided to make up 'Team Soccer AM' consisting of all of the crew.

Needless to say, but we're pretty rubbish. Actually rubbish is probably being a bit kind! Max's fitness stats in particular aren't the most flattering - one out of 20 for fitness!

Quotes of the week

While Bobbie wouldn't make sticks in many Premier League first teams with goalkeeping stats such as, 1 out of 20 for throwing and 6 out of 20 for aerial ability! In fact his best attribute according to the game is his 'Tendency To Punch'!

You can't actually play as us but quite frankly why would you want to? You can, however, take us on in friendlies although we're not sure how much of a workout that would be for your team! We're convinced you'll beat us, but if by some miracle you don't, send us in the video!

Anyway, if you pick it up look out for us!
