Subscribing with itunes
1. Open up itunes and click on 'Advanced' from the main menu which runs horizontally from the top left.
2. From the Advanced options menu which appeared click 'Subscribe to podcast' - a small window should appear.
3. Copy the URL of the podcast you wish to subscribe to from this page (next to the RSS symbol) and paste it into the window which appeared in itunes at the end of the previous step, Click 'OK'.
