Winter could add to the sizeable gains made by winning the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket if she runs in the Investec Oaks at Epsom on June 2.
Aidan O'Brien's filly is one of seven remaining entries for Aidan O'Brien, with the likes of Guineas runner-up Rhododendron, Hydrangea,
Alluringly and Rain Goddess also in contention.
O'Brien has won the race six times, including the last two renewals with Qualify (2015) and Minding (2016).
The Ballydoyle handler's son, Joseph, could saddle Intricately, who finished down the field in the 1000 Guineas.
Kenny McPeek is set to represent America with Daddys Lil Darling, who will be ridden by Oliver Peslier.
The three-year-old daughter of Scat Daddy has shown a high level of form in her homeland and was last seen finishing second in the Kentucky Oaks.
McPeek said: "We have some logistical details to finalise, but the plan is to fly out on Monday.
"I don't think the mile and a half at Epsom Downs is going to be a problem.
"I think it is more a question of whether she is going to be competitive against some of the European runners, particularly Aidan O'Brien's Galileo fillies.
"I am extremely excited by the challenge."
The John Gosden-trained trio of Enable, Coronet and Gracious Diana remain in contention, as does Charlie Appleby's Sobetsu, who is more likely to head to France for the Prix de Diane.
Other contenders in a list of 23 confirmations include Horseplay, Isabel De Urbina and Vintage Folly.
