Invincible Army could bid to supplement his Sirenia Stakes gains in the Dubai Duty Free Mill Reef Stakes at Newbury on Saturday.

Trainer James Tate is tempted to give his smart juvenile colt a fifth successive run at Group level after he took the honours at Kempton earlier this month.

"The plan probably is to run," said Tate.

"It hasn't been fully confirmed, but I suppose we're surprised at the prospect we could have good or quicker ground, which is what he wants, and it looks like being that on Saturday."

The list of 17 five-day confirmations is headed by Mark Johnston's Cardsharp, who would have to carry a 3lb penalty for his Group Two win in the July Stakes at Newmarket.

Cardsharp was one place and one length behind Invincible Army when third in the Gimcrack Stakes at York last month.

US Navy Flag, who chased home Cardsharp at Newmarket, got his head in front in the Group Three Round Tower Stakes at the Curragh last time.
