Alan King is leaning towards making the Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle the target for Lisp at the Cheltenham Festival.
Although the Barbury Castle handler will give the four-year-old an entry in the JCB Triumph Hurdle, he believes the Grade Three prize on March 14 is a more suitable aim.
Since suffering defeat on his hurdling debut, the former Charlie Hills-trained gelding has tasted victory at Plumpton and Fontwell.
King said: "The great thing now is that he has learned to settle from his first run.
"He won well at Plumpton and I know the other day at Fontwell he was 1-6, but it was on ground he would have hated. I like the way he settled and did the job.
"He is 130 at the moment and I will probably give him another run. He is likely to be one for the Fred Winter, but he will have an entry in the Triumph Hurdle as well."
