A return to Market Rasen is on the agenda for I Have Dreamed following his rousing success in the Summer Plate at the Lincolnshire venue.
The 10-year-old was having his first start for Lawney Hill after a sparkling hunter chase campaign for Steve Flook, with the Montjeu gelding winning three times at that level.
Hill assumed control of I Have Dreamed following his third at Stratford last month and was thrilled to see the plan come to fruition in a short-head verdict over Al Co.
She said: "It was an amazing win. We thought that if everything went right he would be in the first four or five, but winning was great.
"He'd been running well in hunter chases but it was two or three grades up from that and we weren't sure if he was quite up to that level.
"He travelled so well throughout, though, and he obviously has that bit of class.
"I've not had chance to check the rules myself yet, but I'm told he can't run in hunter chases for at least a year now, so we will go for the Listed two-mile-six-furlong race (the totepool 'Prelude' Handicap Chase) on September 29.
"Ideally we would like a run or two in between, but will have to look at the options for him."
Tribute
Hill was keen to pay tribute to the efforts of Flook and the team at her Oxfordshire yard.
She added: "It just all came off and how often does that happen?
"I'm so pleased for Glyn (Byard, owner) and Steve, who is a great guy and there's absolutely no bitterness there.
"It's also a massive boost for the team as it's been no fun riding out wearing November clothes in July and dealing with abandonments.
"They've all been brilliant."
