Muraaqaba could be saved for a tilt at the Dubai Fillies' Mile in October following her impressive display in Saturday's Sweet Solera Stakes at Newmarket.

Mark Johnston's Dubawi filly made an impressive debut on the July course at the end of June and having finished a creditable fourth in Ascot's Princess Margaret Stakes, she took the step up to seven furlongs in her stride in last weekend's Group Three.

Connections feel the youngster has done enough to earn a step up to Group One company and Newmarket on October 17 could be her next objective.

Johnston's son and assistant Charlie told At The Races: "Muraaqaba was fantastic. She's a really exciting filly for the rest of the year and next year and long may it continue.

"I think probably the Fillies' Mile (will be her target). It's the thick end of two months away, but she's proven her ability and is ready for a step up to Group One level.

"Sheikh Hamdan was quite specific that he didn't want her to have too many runs at two. We've had three runs now, she's got a bit of experience, so we'll step her up to the top level and see if she's good enough."
