Dynaste continued his sparkling start over fences by running way with the Kauto Star Feltham Novices' Chase at Kempton.

David Pipe's charge had won his first two starts over the larger obstacles at Cheltenham and Newbury and those who sent him off as the 8/13 favourite never had a moment of concern here.

Tom Scudamore anchored him in the rear of the field through the early stages but he jumped to the front four out and the race was over.

Foot perfect down the home straight, the six-year-old coasted past the line fully nine lengths clear of nearest pursuer Hadrian's Approach (12/1).

Sky Bet were hugely impressed with the performance and make Dynaste 2/1 favourite (from 9/2) for the RSA Chase at Cheltenham.

Scudamore told Channel 4 Racing: "He's run very, very well again. You couldn't fail to be impressed with him. As boring as it sounds, it's just straight forward with him."

Pipe was similarly pleased, adding: "He was very impressive, very good. The step up to three miles obviously did him no harm. He's improving quickly."
