Heaven Sent is clear of her rivals.
Heaven Sent repeated last year's performance with a straightforward success in the stanjames.com Dahlia Stakes, with her task made easier by the late withdrawal of her main market rival, Changing Skies.
Held up behind her remaining three rivals in the early stages, she was pushed into the lead a furlong out by Ryan Moore.
The Sir Michael Stoute-trained mare then went away to win by a length and a quarter from long-time leader Casilda.
Moore said: "That was one of the weakest Group Threes I've seen, but it was her first run of the year and she'll come on for that.
"They were going quite steady and I was just caught in the middle of them and thought I wouldn't have any excuses and I'd get her going.
"I suppose she'll go on to Royal Ascot."
Chris Richardson, managing director of owners Cheveley Park Stud, added: "She loves to hear her hooves rattle. She has strengthened and matured over the winter. This is her optimum trip, but we'll go back and have another crack at the Windsor Forest (at Royal Ascot).
"She has the pedigree to justify keeping her in training and we'll follow a similar pattern to last year.
"We'll have a look at the Sun Chariot later on in the season."
