Tabassum looks a Classic prospect.
Sir Michael Stoute's Tabassum cruised to a decisive victory in the Sakhee Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket.
Jockey Richard Hills is in irresistible form at present and was always in control of this Group Three race, bowling along in front.
Although the 5-2 shot drifted across to the stands rail in the closing stages, she came a ready four lengths clear of Electric Feel.
Now unbeaten in two starts, Tabassum was quoted at 14-1 for next year's 1000 Guineas by Sky Bet and Blue Square.
Stoute said: "I'm delighted with her, we'll have to consider the 1000 Guineas after that performance.
"For a smallish filly she doesn't half cover the ground. The girl that has ridden her all year is Liz Warren and she's done a great job, this filly is more amenable now but Liz was off her more than she was on her early on."
Victor Chandler introduced her at 14-1 for the Guineas while Paddy Power go 10s.
Hills said: "She's small but she's very brave. She can go a good pace and keep it going.
"She's tricky and is not an easy ride at home. She is quite highly strung but is going the right way.
"She's a daughter of Nayef, so she's going to improve, that's for sure."
The runner-up's trainer Marco Botti said: "She's run a great race and is only small, but has a big heart.
"She always gives everything and finished her race very well.
"She struck into herself on her last run so has been off for three months. She will come on for the outing.
"There is a Listed race at Newbury at the end of the month and that will be her next target, as this was only her fourth start."
