Mikhail Glinka winning the Queen's Vase.
Mikhail Glinka just pipped Theology in the Queen's Vase to complete a Royal Ascot double for the Ballydoyle team of trainer Aidan O'Brien and jockey Johnny Murtagh.
The Irish raider just got the verdict by a nose in a thrilling finish to the two-mile test.
Corsica set the pace until Chink Of Light stepped the race up a gear five furlongs from home.
Ryan Moore took Total Command into the lead two furlongs out, but he was soon joined by Theology and Mikhail Glinka.
The latter, sent off the 2-1 favourite, landed the spoils by a whisker from Theology to give O'Brien and Murtagh a brace following Lillie Langtry's win in the Coronation Stakes.
Murtagh said: "It was a bit of a Mickey Mouse race - stop start, stop start. "I wanted to get a nice run so I pushed him out to the middle of the track and he stays well.
"He could make up into a Gold Cup horse. He's classy and has a got big cruising gear. The gallop didn't suit him today."
