Highland Knight secured Group Two honours in Germany with a comprehensive victory in the Darley Oettingen-Rennen at Baden-Baden.
Trained by Andrew Balding and ridden by David Probert, the five-year-old gelding readily held off the late challenge of former Sir Michael Stoute inmate Dux Scholar.
Probert's mount gained a slender ride at the top of the home straight and galloped on strongly once challenged to add to his Listed gains at Pontefract earlier in the season.
