Verdict

CUE CARD is an exciting prospect who should take care of these on his first try over timber. The apple of trainer Colin Tizzard's eye, our selection was last seen storming to victory in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham, a race that traditionally works out well. While he caused an upset that day there appears no reason to crab the form and, with reports from home suggesting he's schooled well and 2m4f set to suit, he should maintain his unbeaten record. Nicene Creed is highly-regarded and rates the biggest threat to our pick having shown promise in a strong Punchestown bumper before making a winning debut for the yard at Uttoxeter, but giving weight to Cue Card looks a thankless task. Bens Moor and Bottman give Tim Vaughan a strong hand having both won bumpers and they may have a private battle for third.
