Verdict

Atlantic Tiger looks the pick of the Mark Johnston-trained quartet however he might have to play second fiddle to CHRISTOPHER WREN. John Best's colt had to wait ages for a gap at Newbury last month but when in the clear he picked up in taking fashion. His earlier form with Dandino has been irrefutably franked and he's a horse firmly on the up. The Motrice form of Atlantic Tiger makes him of interest dropped in trip, with his stablemates all having a little more to prove at present, whilst Sing Sweetly broke her duck in a Kempton maiden but its her earlier second to Harris Tweed in the Edinburgh Cup that catches the eye. Course and distance winner Yashrid warrants utmost respect as he won despite finding trouble last time and is far from exposed or handicapped out of winning. Life And Soul has run two crackers since June but a mark of 82 might be holding him back, a comment that doesn't apply to Opera Gal who looks progressive and a mark of 85 is not beyond the realms of fantasy.
