      Verdict

This looks wide-open, though Elbereth wasn't disgraced when stepped up to 1m4f for the first time at Haydock and should again beat Lungarno Palace. Xinbama won at Leicester on his belated reappearance but steps up a grade for this. Innocent Touch has a chance on his third at Chester and Missed Call appears closely matched with Elbereth on collateral form, though may have preferred a bit further. Spectator needs one to drop out but would also enter calculations if getting a run. BARWICK was behind Majeed on Polytrack last time but can reverse that form back on Turf on more favourable terms. He ran well on this surface at Epsom in the spring and gets a tentative vote under Yutaka Take.
