In depth

Verdict

KUMBESHWAR has the size to succeed over fences was most impressive on his chasing debut at Hereford. He gets a handy weight-for-age allowance from all bar one of today's rivals and can score again. Fellow four-year-old Pacha Du Polder beat subsequent Doncaster winner Eradicate in a match at Sandown on his UK debut and is open to further improvement while the unexposed Kempton winner Chablais may prove the pick of the older horses, though Zaynar will surely win a similar contest before long and both Frascati Park and Micheal Flips have had recent wins franked.
