In depth

Verdict

Beverley maiden winner Jabbaar will be better for his opening run for David Barron at Pontefract and should be winning soon while Mustaqbal has won at this level and on fast ground so has to be respected. Gworn won two better handicaps than this on this track back in 2015 but hasn't scored since and has run poorly over hurdles during the winter. FOREVER A LADY landed a better handicap than this here last summer and is on a lower mark so looks the one to be on though the veteran Kiwi Bay showed he's no back number with a victory at Newcastle in March, the 11th success of his career.
