Verdict

It was soft going when BARONIAL PRIDE made a winning start at Hamilton. But there’s nothing to suggest Richard Fahey’s colt won’t be equally as effective on fast ground and he can defy a penalty given the ease of his debut success. Celebrity Dancer failed to cope with a penalty at Pontefract having won over 5f at the same track earlier while Amadeus Grey is creeping closer though both placed efforts came over 7f. Royal Big Night and Caballero may well improve but need to do so to figure.
