Verdict

FAVOURITE GIRL is up in the weights but has a competitive enough chance for us to side with her here ahead of Quest For Success, whilst Captain Dunne who is at the opposite end of the handicap is expected to challenge although he has weakened within the final furlong over this trip in his last two races and may be struggling to shoulder the weight assigned. The selection is looking for a hat-trick and although she was only a narrow winner last time she has been finding more when asked this season and in such good form we side with her again today. Captain Dunne only lost in the final strides at Chester in a listed contest when edged out by Blue Jack and he has claims today off the back of that run. Quest For Success has shown pieces of form this year and earlier on in his career got a victory at this course. Richard Fahey has been amongst the winners this year but his option here may lose out to Favourite Girl.
