Irish raider Celerina finished runner-up in last year's renewal with Ladies Are Forever a close-up third and Googlette well beaten. The former ran well at York last time and should be thereabouts again while Excelette posted her best effort to date with victory in Listed company at Haydock earlier this month beating previous Chester winner Duchess Dora and she won't be far away. However, another three-year-old in ANGELS WILL FALL makes more appeal as Charlie Hills' filly finished a creditable third to higher rated horses at Windsor on her reappearance and last year's Princess Margaret winner has scope for further progress this season.
