In depth

Verdict

Georgebernardshaw usually finds some way of getting beaten and SOCIAL RHYTHM makes more appeal. The latter went close again last time having won a tougher race than this over track and trip in May and Alistair Whillans' charge gets the nod back at this track. Mr Chocolate Drop has won on this surface though both of this year's victories have been on the Polytrack while Poppy Golightly's sole win also came on the all-weather. Kyllachykov will be winning before long off his current mark but Glenluji hasn't got his head in front since landing the 2010 renewal though he's 2lb lower this time around.
