After just two starts TELL ME A STORY looks well treated on her handicap bow and the progressive filly is our choice to finish ahead of the on-form Newbury Street and Bryan Smart's Besty. The selection built on a highly promising debut to dump her maiden's tag at the second attempt. In doing so she beat a subsequent winner and with that win coming off a mark of 77 the pick's own rating of 72 looks on the light side especially with more improvement expected. Newbury Street capped a progressive run of form by winning over distance at Wolverhampton last time. He's up five pounds for that run but should still be competitive off his revised mark. Besty has shown mild progression in three attempts and while we can expect another improved effort he's not obviously well weighted. Schoolboy Champ was second, albeit well held, off this mark last time so should be in the mix again but Tell Me A Story looks light in the weights and can score on her first start in these ranks.
