Verdict

A moderate but competitive looking handicap where SCHINDLERS SOCIETY is taken to complete a C&D double after beating Coldwells and another of today's rivals Festival King at the beginning of the month. A 6lb rise isn't excessive and the Irish raider can go in again. The consistent Dallas Bell keeps getting outpaced at around today's trip and is probably still a few pounds high in the weights, while Seven Is Lucky hasn't run since scoring narrowly over an extended three miles at Cartmel in April and prefers more testing conditions. Garleton, though looking as though he will be winning soon, would prefer further.
