Buachaill Maith showed promise on his hurdling debut over course and distance last month. Llancillo Lord was eased right down after being hampered at Galway and that run is best ignored. Ard Na Carraig ran on the Flat at Galway and could be an interesting recruit to hurdling as he won a point-to-point in April while Wild Sam made late headway when fifth at Gowran in June. LICKLIGHTER was second over hurdles at Listowel in June and then won a Killarney bumper. A close-up fifth at Galway later, he can open his account over timber here.
