In depth

Verdict

Tony Martin has two entries here. Miss Natalma was beaten a distance in a Roscommon bumper a couple of weeks ago so Lady Makfi should prove the stable pick after a reasonable debut run over this trip on the same track. New Direction has been well beaten in both starts but there should be a race for Swordfight in the not too distant future judged on his two comeback runs in May. AARED has undoubtedly been disappointing after a promising juvenile career. He's competed in better class maidens than this at the Curragh in his last three starts and won't get a better chance to lose his maiden tag.
