Boujis Bhoys showed virtually nothing in 13 starts over hurdles but it was a different matter when he made his chasing debut at Tramore with a fine run behind Bachelor Affair. Ireland's Call was a better hurdler but has been inconsistent so far over fences while Spring The Que has run 11 times over the bigger obstacles without managing to get his head in front. Rahan De Marcigny, a winning bumper and hurdler in France, is best watched for now after falling on his chasing bow at Listowel last week but Save My Blushes is one to consider on his chasing bow with all the allowances as he's been in good form on the flat and over timber recently. HEAD OF THE POSSE has had injury problems but showed he was over them with an excellent victory over Deutschland in a conditions hurdle at Sligo in May. He looks the type to make his mark at a high level over fences and gets the nod over Smoking Aces, another useful hurdler making his chasing bow with the potential to go on to better things.
