In depth

Verdict

OSANA hasn't won since December 2009 but has invariably competed at a much higher level, usually over much further. There's no doubt he's the classiest in the line-up and hopefully the trip won't prove a problem. Regal D'Estruval is penalised for scoring over fences last May when he looked a very promising young chaser. He hasn't done anywhere near as well as expected subsequently and has run poorly recently. Imperial Shabra alternates between hurdles and fences but seems better over the smaller obstacles so Schelm looks more of a threat despite his poor recent form as he's a regular winner with a career total of 11 victories to his credit.
