Verdict

Abstract Art has discovered a rich vein of form since teaming up with his talented conditional pilot and the combination should make a determined effort to complete the three-timer despite conceding weight all round. However, it may be worth taking him on with the lightly-raced CREDIT CRUNCHED. Alan King decided to pitch his charge into a highly competitive Newbury staying handicap last time and the gelding was far from disgraced despite not receiving the clearest of passages. This looks a decent opportunity off a fair mark as he should have benefited considerably from the experience. Wor Rom came to grief last time but usually runs his race and has place claims.
